Sydney Dennison

Sydney Dennison is a New York-based theatre director who focus on work often exploring themes of mythology, memory, grief and the future of technology. Her productions combine surrealism, movement, an analytical point of view, and sharp humor. Known for her ensemble-driven, collaborative, utilitarian no nonsense process, Sydney creates work that challenges the intellect while remaining deeply connected to the emotional heart of a story.. Select credits include Fuckboy Frankenstein (Theatre for the New City), How to Build a Gate (SoHo Playhouse), and MEDUSA (Teatro La Tea). BA Marymount Manhattan College.
