It is announced that Dominic West will lead an all-star cast in this hotly anticipated production, as he is joined by Olivier and Tony Award nominee Kate Fleetwood (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Macbeth, London Road) and BAFTA Cymru Award winner Callum Scott Howells, star of Channel 4’s It’s A Sin and West End phenomenon Cabaret.

In February 2022, Tron Theatre Company staged a production of Moorcroft by Eilidh Loan, an actor and writer who’d come onto Artistic Director Andy Arnold’s radar during lockdown when she auditioned as part of an open call for actors using an excerpt from the play. 

Tron Theatre Company in a co-production with OneRen supported by funding from Future Paisley are delighted to finally be able to present John Byrne's Underwood Lane directed by Andy Arnold - two years on from the original planned world premiere. 

The first Tron Theatre Company production of the new Spring-Summer 2022 season will be Renfrew-born actor, writer and director Eilidh Loan's Moorcroft, a piece that we supported at the development stage during lockdown after Eilidh used an excerpt from it to audition as part of the Tron's open casting call early in 2021.

Exploring love, friendship, sexuality and identity and the idea of navigating adulthood, this is a comedy with substance and a lot to say.
