According to Deadline, the Mike Nichols biography 'Mike Nichols: A Life,' written by Mark Harris, has been optioned by producer Peter Spears, with plans for a feature film.

Having already teased the album with “Boys,” say they share a new taste of Head Body Connector with the irreverent “Wizard Acid,”  a woozy disco track loaded with catchy synths.  The track premiered via Flood Magazine who note, “‘Wizard Acid' (pairs) a tight, funky nu-disco instrumental with lyrics about coming apart at the seams.”

Psymon Spine will embark on an October 2023 tour. The dates kick off on October 13 in Madison, WI and conclude with a hometown show in Brooklyn, NY on October 26. The band will be playing fan favorites, previewing new songs, and also performing tracks off their 2021 album Charismatic Megafauna.

Greg Howard's queer middle grade comedic novel, Middle School's a Drag, You Better Werk!, is getting the small screen treatment. Adrian Molina (Coco), Edgar Wright (Baby Driver), Virgil Williams (Mudbound), Michael H. Weber (The Disaster Artist), Emily V. Gordon (The Big Sick), Liz Hannah (The Post), and Mike Vanessa Taylor (The Shape of Water) will speak on the “It Starts With the Script” Writers Panel. The panels will take place on Saturday, February 3rd at the Lobero Theatre.

The 2018 Producers Guild Awards were announced on Saturday, January 20, in Beverly Hills. The Shape of Water took the prize for best feature. The Handmaid's Tale, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and Black Mirror took the top TV prizes.
