Patrick Gabridge Biography
Patrick Gabridge is a playwright, novelist, screenwriter, and producer. His plays include Mox Nox, Drift, Lab Rats, Blood on the Snow, Distant Neighbors, Chore Monkeys, and Blinders. He’s been a Playwriting Fellow with the Huntington Theatre Company and has received fellowships from the Boston Foundation/Brother Thomas Fund and the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and was the artist-in-residence at Mt. Auburn Cemetery from 2018-19 (the Cemetery just published The Mount Auburn Plays, a book of the site-specific work that he created while in residence). He’s the author of four novels, most recently The Secret of Spirit Lake. He co-founded Boston's Rhombus playwright’s group, the Playwrights' Submission Binge, and the New England New Play Alliance. He’s currently the Eastern New England Regional Rep for the Dramatists Guild and is producing artistic director of Plays in Place, a company specializing in creating site-specific work for museums and historic sites.Patrick Gabridge News
