The landmark production suspended a record-breaking run at Melbourne’s Princess Theatre after public health measures were imposed by the government due to COVID 19.
Establishing itself as the premier attraction for visitors to Melbourne, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child has extended the booking period with new tickets made available for performances up until and including Sunday, July 12th, 2020. Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 11.00am on Tuesday 22nd October via the official website HarryPotterThePlay.com.

From this Friday 11 January the Australian premiere production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will begin releasing 40 tickets for every performance of the play for $40 per part. These tickets are known as the "Friday Forty" and are for some of the best seats in the theatre. They will be released each Friday for the following week's performances.
