It is always a treat to go to Murry's Dinner Playhouse, 6323 Col Glenn Rd., in Little Rock, for some fine feasting and fabulous entertainment. Murry's has been entertaining Central Arkansas since 1967 and is still going strong, even after the pandemic. By nature, musicals are vastly more popular than plays. They have a natural ability to engage an audience and if there are any lulls in the action, you have a high-flying musical number to bring the show back to life. A play has no safety nets. The action of it is far from simple as everyone's best intentions turns into everyone's worst nightmares.
