American Renaissance Theater Company presents WinterWorks 2018: Look Me In The Eyes, an engaging observation of couples and coupling taking place at the intimate Directors Studio of the Directors Company (311 West 43rd Street) starting January 24th and running through February 4th. Kathleen Swan produces along with co-producers Carla Brandberg and Mark Levine.

Wilson's play, originally produced at The Spike, was written three years before the Ramrod leather bar massacre in November 1980, in which a man armed with a machine gun shot eight people, killing two. It is a dark, comic look at the bar's patrons and their attempts to defend it from both physical attacks as well as political attempts to close it.

American Renaissance Theater Company will present WinterWorks 2016: A Festival of New One Act Plays, three programs of intimate new plays in The Shop @Cap 21 from January 5 thru 18. The Festival offers eleven works running in rep that, each in its own way, deal with life's beginnings and endings and how they transform us.

Arbender Robinson (Broadway's Les Miserables, Beautiful and The Book of Mormon) and nightlife personality Witti Repartee join Beautiful Soup Theater for an evening of stories and songs.
Celebrating the music and life of Billie Holiday, whose life inspired Steven Carl McCasland's Shades Of Blue: The Decline & Fall Of Lady Day, this concert evening will benefit Beautiful Soup's World Premiere Production of that play. The previously announced Shades Of Blue... will run in repertory with McCasland's What Was Lost, a study of Laurette Taylor and Tennessee Williams at The Dorothy Strelsin Theatre beginning August 27th.
Megan Hilty Will be the First Guest on AMERICAN BLEND, 6/17
James Michael Angelo and Tiffany Haas are thrilled to announce that Megan Hilty (Smash, Sean Saves the World, Wicked and Nine to Five on Broadway) will be the very first guest on their new talk show, AMERICAN BLEND. The pilot episode will hit the web on Tuesday, June 17th on the AMERICAN BLEND website, (www.americanblend.tv). The duo plans to turn the talk show into a weekly series beginning in the fall of 2014, future guests will be announced soon. The series is co-hosted by Mr. Angelo and Ms. Haas.
Gallery Players Presents THE PAJAMA GAME, Now thru 11/10
The Gallery Players, lauded for its recent production of Blithe Spirit, presents The Pajama Game as the second production of its 47th Season. It will run from Oct 19 to Nov 10. Dayna Grayber and Jamie Westberry will lead the cast in the roles of Babe and Sid, respectively. Gallery alumni Lorinne Lampert and Robert Anthony Jones will again take the Gallery stage as Gladys and Hines.
