BIO

Julian is a theatre maker from Vancouver, Canada, currently based in NYC. As a graduate of NYU Tisch Drama, he trained in Musical Theatre performance at the New Studio on Broadway (NSB), as well as Atlantic Acting School and Stonestreet Studios.


Theatrical performance highlights include James in the Canadian premiere of James and the Giant Peach (Carousel Theatre), Robin in the Canadian premiere of Something Rotten!  (Theatre Under the Stars Canada), Archie in 13! (Bring on Tomorrow Co., Ovation Award Nomination), and singing at the historic venue, 54 Below. 

Film/TV: Kim Possible (Disney), The Healing Powers of Dude (Netflix), and Honey Girls (Build a Bear Ent.). 

Additional production credits include Assistant Dialect Coach on the National Tour of Parade, Movement Consultant on ArtsClub's Someone Like You, and Assistant Choreographer on The East Van Panto: Beauty and the Beast. 

Julian has completed two Artistic Internships at renowned theatre companies: Arts Club Theatre Company which is the largest year-long non-profit theatre company in Canada, and with Tectonic Theater Project here in New York City, where he has also worked with the Moment Work Institute.
