Theatre Calgary has revealed the creative team and full cast for the upcoming International Premiere of Beaches the Musical. See who is starring and learn how to purchase tickets.

“Spirit lives in everything” ‒ This iconic quote by the late artist Sari Dienes serves as the entryway to the standout new exhibition by the Boca Raton Museum of Art of three breakthrough artists: Sari Dienes (1898-1992), Matthew Schreiber (b. 1967), and Sri Prabha (b. 1969). The work of each artist is showcased within its own gallery in this winning trifecta, across a panorama of art that encompasses the Museum's first floor. All three spaces are curated by Kelli Bodle, the Associate Curator of the Museum (on view June 14 – October 22).

Last year, Weir and his band—Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros featuring The Wolfpack and Barry Sless on pedal steel—performed two nights at Radio City Music Hall in celebration of his beloved debut solo album, Ace. The band played the entire album live and welcomed a number of special guests, including Tyler Childers and Brittney Spencer.

For two nights at the legendary venue, Weir and his band—Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros featuring The Wolfpack and Barry Sless on pedal steel.

Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros has performed the album with featuring The Wolfpack, a string and brass quintet, pedal steel player Barry Sless, and special guests Tyler Childers and Brittney Spencer. One of those performances will be released early next year in a special edition of Ace that also includes a remastered new mix of the original album.

WILL Rock Fest 2022 will feature band's Shinedown, Falling In Reverse, Jelly Roll, Jackyl, Saliva, Royal Bliss, Through Fire, and Lilith Czar. The event will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, Illinois.

Back for another incredible year, the family favorite features the songs 'Santa for a Day,' 'You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch,' and 'Welcome, Christmas (Fah Who Doraze),' the delightful carol from the popular animated version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas!

The production runs November 10, 2021 – December 31, 2021 at the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Regular ticket prices start at $29, and children’s (17 years and under) ticket prices start at $19. The Old Globe announced today its full cast and creative team for the live, in-person return of Dr. Seuss’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The cast will be led by Andrew Polec as The Grinch. Polec returns to The Old Globe after his performance as Berger in the 2021 summer hit production of Hair, The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical.

Artistic Director of Collingwood Summer Music Festival Daniel Vnukowski will host Summer Solstice Series this month. The four-part presentation will include Celebrating Robert Burns with R.H. Thomson and Mr. Vnukowski (June 16, 7 p.m. EDT) and more.

Dallas Chamber Symphony, led by Artistic Director and Conductor Richard McKay, will launch its eighth season with a dynamic concert, 'Saint-Saëns Piano Concerto 2,' featuring works by three French composers. Celebrating its centenary this year, Maurice Ravel's (1875-1937) neo-baroque orchestral suite (1919), Le Tombeau de Couperin, will start the program. Renowned pianist Christopher Goodpasture will then solo with orchestra on Camille Saint-Saëns' (1835-1921) dramatic Piano Concerto No. 2 in G Minor (1868). Francis Poulenc's innovative and lively Sinfonietta (1947) concludes the program. Presented together, the works are demonstrative of the transformation of turn-of-the-twentieth century Parisian tastes from the conservativism of late-romantic Saint-Saëns, through the flexible, diplomatic and more modern Ravel, to the more free-spirited and avant-garde Poulenc.

Boston Court Pasadena continues its mission of fostering new musical talent with the 3rd Annual Emerging Artists Series, May 30 June 9, 2019. The series will feature up-and-coming pianists, as well as vocalists who have been through a rigorous mentoring curriculum with some of Los Angeles' most prominent musicians and coaches including Mark Robson, Gloria Cheng, Lisa Sylvester, Vicki Ray, Brent McMunn and Paul Floyd.

This April, Maestro Mario Alejandro Torres and the Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra present a program dedicated to a pair of composers who have stood bravely against oppression and canalized the importance of this message through their masterful works. Received with great acclaim at their premieres, Sibelius' Finlandia and Dvo k's Symphony No. 7 in D minor lived on to establish a legacy that immortalized the composers. The program will also showcase Emily Jeeho Park, winner of Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra's 2019 Young Artist Concerto Competition in a performance of Grieg's Piano concerto in A minor, Op. 16.

The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia (COP) continues our Improvisionaries season presenting trailblazing composer and electric violist, Martha Mooke.  COP's fifth series program at the Kimmel Center, Mozart, Mooke, and Faure, will feature Mozart's brilliant Symphony No. 38 "Prague." This iconic work received its first performance in Prague during one of Mozart's most successful tours to the city. The "Prague" symphony will share the program with a new commission by Martha Mooke. Mooke's unique style crosses the classical, jazz, and rock genres with a compelling and singular musical voice. In addition to concert appearances worldwide, Mooke's work has been featured in recordings that often defy categorization, including David Bowie's Heathen CD.
