Darrin originally hails from Northern California's Bay Area where he performed in numerous regional shows including a Pre-Broadway production of “Memphis” at TheatreWorks in Palo Alto, where he played Buck Wiley and understudied Tony Award Nominee, Chad Kimball who originated the lead role Huey. He also had a two year run in San Francisco's Biggest Hit Show, “Beach Blanket Babylon”. Other regional credits include, “Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story” (La Mirada & Post Street Theater, San Francisco), Luke in “Altar Boys” (San Jose Stage Company) and Jonathan in “Tick, Tick...BOOM!” (Los Altos). Since moving to Los Angeles three years ago, Darrin landed a role with the Chief Executive of Fox Studios in “Fox Legacy with Tom Rothman”. He has also starred in several short films including “Carousel” which was just selected in the 2012 CANNES FILM FESTIVAL. He was last seen in a reading of “Sleepless in Seattle: The Musical” (Hothouse at the Pasadena Playhouse), “The Buddy Holly Story” (La Mirada Theatre), and also in a National Tide Commercial.
