Hindsight is explores exactly that, what we would have done differently, what we would have told our 2019 selves, and what we should celebrate about how we've pushed through the dumpster fire that was 2020.

The first event born out of the new partnership between Everyman Theatre and the Baltimore City Office of Equity and Civil Rights (BCOECR) -- The House That Holds Us, is slated for August 28 at 7 pm, and will be the culminating event of the week-long Fair Housing Film Festival.

It may have been unrealistic to open a new play amid the coronavirus pandemic, but 'The Realistic Joneses' did just that on Saturday at Spooky Action Theatre, a group whose name inspires no further confidence (it's named after Einstein's term for quantum entanglement - the ability of separate objects to share a condition at a distance).

As part of a new initiative to showcase works by exciting emerging playwrights, Keegan Theatre's Boiler Room Series presents the inaugural Playwright in Residence Series. During the world premiere run of WEST BY GOD (playing September  27 through October 20, 2019), Boiler Room Series will produce readings of additional new works by local playwright and company member Brandon McCoy. Readings are free and open to all and will be followed by discussions with the playwright.

Brandon McCoy is an actor, director, playwright, and professor based in Maryland. After establishing himself as an actor and director, McCoy turned to writing and is the author of three plays and one musical. “Other Life Forms” was a finalist for the Source full-length play festival, and will premier at The Keegan Theatre on June 15th.

The kind of well-worn rock club set designer Matthew J. Keenan creates for the production of Laura Easton's 'The Undeniable Sound of Right Now' at the Keegan Theatre is so authentic, with its decades of rock posters, stickers and graffiti, you can almost smell the stale beer in the floorboards. The instincts not to visit the restroom rise to full force.

The Keegan Theatre presents the Washington, DC premiere of Laura Eason's hilarious and heartbreaking play THE UNDENIABLE SOUND OF RIGHT NOW on May 5, 2018.  Directed by Brandon McCoy, the play features a stellar cast with Chris, Stezin, Susan Marie Rhea, Jessie Power, Josh Sticklin, Kevin Hasser, and Ryan Sellers.

Ford's Theatre's must-see production is raw and gripping in its emotional intensity. Led by Craig Wallace's powerhouse performance as Willy Loman, Miller's Pulitzer Prize winning play is as relevant now, maybe more so, in its questioning of the American dream as it was when it first opened.
