Today, Freeform announced the January 2020 premiere dates for the network's critically acclaimed returning series: “Good Trouble” on WEDNESDAY, JAN. 15 (10:00 p.m. EST), “grown-ish” on THURSDAY, JAN. 16 (8:00 p.m. EST), and “The Bold Type” on THURSDAY, JAN. 23 (9:00 p.m. EST).

Ahead of its sneak preview screening at the Tribeca TV Festival, Freeform announced today the premiere date for the highly anticipated drama “Party of Five,” debuting WEDNESDAY, JAN. 8. From Sony Pictures Television, “Party of Five” will follow the five Acosta children as they navigate daily life struggles to survive as a family unit after their parents are suddenly deported back to Mexico. In a new iteration by original series creators Amy Lippman and Christopher Keyser, this beloved story of a young family bound by adversity will be retold through the lens of current-day themes and cultural conversations. A three-minute first look of the series was released with the moment the Acosta children say goodbye to their parents at an immigration detention center.

PARTY OF FIVE Reboot Picked Up to Series by Freeform


In advance of the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour session tomorrow, Freeform announces the pickup to series of the reboot of fan-favorite “Party of Five” from the original creators, Amy Lippman and Chris Keyser. From Sony Pictures Television, the one-hour drama will follow the five Acosta children (fka Buendia) as they navigate daily life struggles to survive as a family unit after their parents are suddenly deported to Mexico. The series stars Brandon Larracuente as Emilio, Emily Tosta as Lucia, Niko Guardado as Beto and Elle Paris Legaspi as Valentina. The pilot was co-written by Lippman, Keyser and newcomer Michal Zebede.

Freeform Pilot PARTY OF FIVE Finds its Leading Four


Today, Freeform announced the four actors cast in the highly anticipated pilot “Party of Five.” Brandon Larracuente, Emily Tosta, Niko Guardado and Elle Paris Legaspi will take on the roles of the Buendía siblings; Emilio, Lucia, Beto and Valentina, respectively; who struggle to survive together as a family after their parents are deported to Mexico. From Sony Pictures Television, the Freeform pilot will be a modern reimagining of the groundbreaking original series by Christopher Keyser and Amy Lippman, who reunited to write the pilot alongside Michal Zebede (“Castle”), with Rodrigo Garcia (“Nine Lives”) set to direct.

Bruce Dern and Brian Cox to Star in REMEMBER ME


Oscar-nominated Bruce Dern and Emmy Award-winning Brian Cox are set to star in Remember Me, a film by Martin Rosete, according to Variety. The film will go into production on August 24th, shooting in Spain, France and Los Angeles.
