The revival of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical comedy HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING will play its final performance on Sunday, May 20, 2012. The 50th Anniversary production, which recouped its $9 million initial investment in December 2011, will have played 30 preview and 473 regular performances at Broadway's Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street).

The producers of the 50th Anniversary production of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical comedy HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING announced today that star of stage and television, Michael Urie ("Ugly Betty," The Temperamentals) will make his Broadway debut as Bud Frump, beginning Tuesday, January 24, 2012, for 6 months through Sunday, July 1, 2012. Urie will co-star with Nick Jonas and Beau Bridges. Urie replaces Christopher J. Hanke, who will play his last performance on Sunday, January 22, 2012 alongside Darren Criss. A special benefit performance of HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING on Thursday, October 6th raised $15,000 for THE TREVOR PROJECT. The performance featured a post-show talkback with star Daniel Radcliffe. A portion of every ticket sold for the October 6 performance was donated to THE TREVOR PROJECT, as well as all proceeds from a post-show auction featuring autographed HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING merchandise.
