A Deloris Scrud Christmas, written and performed by Michael Wanzie, is set to unfold at SAVOY Orlando from December 6 to December 14, 2025. The show features a unique phone interview segment with Orlando Sentinel columnist Scott Maxwell voicing himself, as he engages with the main character Deloris about her new book, "How Serving Up Biscuits & Gravy Helped Me Ta Overcome a Lifetime of Racism & Bigotry." Directed by Kenny Howard and complemented by costumes from Douglas White, this production promises a blend of comedy and poignant themes.
