Madcapped Mysteries: The Most Original Murder Mystery Experience EVER! at New York Improv Theater

Madcapped Mysteries is the most original murder mystery show of all time because it’s created on the spot by you and your guests. Our professional Detective and Improv comedian leads the storytelling, and by the end of the night everyone is a character – witness, suspect, friend and/or family to the victim. The crime and it’s solution are completely original. It’s like being in a crime drama movie and you all also get to play deputized detectives as well!

Prizes are awarded to the best answers to WHO DID IT, HOW, WHERE AND WHY, as well as best actor and best costume. Yes, we hope you will embrace your roll in the show and perhaps even dress up and add to the fun.

Doors open at 6:30pm on Friday, June 6, 2025 at Comedy Village, 352 West 44th Street. Tickets are just $20 plus a two drink minimum or get VIP ACCESS for just $100 to include the best seats and drinks!

For the past 30 years, Walt Frasier (June 6 Detective) has performed comedy, theater and music internationally with costar roles on Blacklist (NBC), Billions (Showtime), Blue Bloods (CBS), Royal Pains (USA), Lilyhammer (Netflix) and Naked Brothers Band (NICK). Frasier has performed sketch comedy bits on PAUSE with Sam Jay (HBO), Late Night with David Letterman (CBS, 9 episodes), and Stankervision (MTV). Additionally you may have seen him on countless commercials, industrials and reality TV programs. Now the author of numerous books, his Comedy 4 Life series can be found on Amazon (free via Kindle Unlimited).
