Join MORE Opera and The LPAC Community Chorus for Let Freedom Sing! - A free concert of American music in celebration of Independence Day! No RSVP required, just show up on July 2 at 1:00pm!
The Independence Day themed program features a bilingual historical narrative in Spanish and English about freedom and liberty for all, past and present. The concert features soloists Emmanuel Cruz, Kevin Liu, Heather Peterson, and Laura Forero-Torres, and an intergenerational community chorus conducted by MORE Opera artistic director Cheryl Warfield. Concert location is LaGuardia Performing Arts Center (LPAC) Little Theater, 31-10 Thomson Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101.
