Join MORE Opera in partnership with LaGuardia Performing Arts Center and the LPAC Community Chorus on July 2, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. for “Let Freedom Sing: America 250 Vocal Extravaganza” a family-friendly outdoor concert of American music in celebration of the U.S. semi-quincentennial. The Independence Day themed program features a bilingual historical narrative in Spanish and English about freedom and liberty for all, past and present. The concert features soloists Emmanuel Cruz, Kevin Liu, Heather Peterson, and Laura Forero-Torres, and an intergenerational community chorus conducted by MORE Opera artistic director Cheryl Warfield.
