As Arts NY Dance
Choreography by Heidi (Hyung Ji) Yu

Performing Oasis
As Arts NY Dance will present people’s mindset who are always thirsty of their life. They are eager to find their oasis. However, their joy does not last long after finding their oasis. They can’t quench their thirst of life, and they are looking for their own oasis again.

MADArt Creative
Choreography by Lauren Camp

Performing The Inner Reaches: An Early Understanding
MADArt Creative’s multi-year project—The Inner Reaches—explores how scientific communities have come to understand our quantum universe. The project’s first installment, An Early Understanding, contextualizes the narrative built upon early quantum theories and sets the stage for our departure into a non-intuitive inner realm. This modern dance performance, accompanied by Ben Brody’s ensemble FLOW STATE, offers a cumulative view on quantum physics ‘‘pre-Einstein’’ with theories developed by great minds such as Thompson, Rutherford, Bohr, and Schrodinger.
