ABOUT THIS SHOW
On June 1st, Conor James released his first EP: Charles St. He is proud to be presenting a 50-minute show at Dixon Place to celebrate this accomplishment and give a dose of his original stuff as well as a few of his favorite covers. Conor has been described as ‘‘earthy,’’ ‘‘soulful,’’ and ‘‘fresh.’’ He draws inspiration from jazz, R&B, rock, and pop. He’ll be spreading love and soul through his voice and the piano.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Conor James graduated from AMDA NY in February of 2016. Since then, he’s performed in multiple cabaret shows around the city, played Roger in a production of Grease in Plymouth, MA, released an album, and created/directed a show called United: A Celebration of Art at The Duplex. He’s eager and determined to continue spreading love and positivity through his music and art, and he is vastly appreciative of the support he has received for doing so thus far.
