Stayin’ Alive Disco Fever-zomerconcerten, vanaf mei 2023 in de theaters
Na de grote musicalproducties The Prom en Les Misérables brengt De Graaf en Cornelissen Entertainment de disco en dance fever naar de Nederlandse theaters met een reeks zomerconcerten onder de titel Stayin' Alive Disco Fever. De cast, bestaande uit Esmée Dekker, Ferry Doedens, Linda Verstraten, Nigel Brown, Martijn Vogel en Judith van der Wijst, begeleid door een live-band, is in mei en juni 2023 in heel Nederland te zien met deze swingende show.
"Het wordt een concert waarbij het publiek niet stil kan blijven zitten en uit volle borst zal meezingen met de grootste hits uit dance-musicals en disco-classics als 'I Will Survive', 'Night Fever','Hopelessly Devoted To You', 'You're The One That I Want', 'Daddy Cool', 'Staying Alive' en 'It's Raining Men'. Deze ijzersterke klassiekers zullen voor bijna iedereen een stuk herkenning opleveren", aldus creatief producent Hans Cornelissen.
De cast die bestaat uit Esmée Dekker (The Rocky Horror Show, Evita), Ferry Doedens (Wicked, Grease), Linda Verstraten (Titanic, Kinky Boots), Martijn Vogel (Grease, Titanic), Nigel Brown (Aladdin, Aida) en Judith van der Wijst (debuterend in The Prom) zal de zalen aanstaande zomer op hun kop zetten met disco classics en de grootste hits uit dance-musicals.
De live-band staat onder leiding van Billy Maluw, regie en staging door Martin Michel.
