Lakewood Village Theatre's Texas-sized summer comedy, Southern Hospitality, opens at the theatre in Old Hickory on Friday, August 6, continuing through August 21.

Written by the team of Jones-Hope-Wooten, the personalities behind the hilarious comedies Dearly Departed and Christmas Belles, in Southern Hospitality, the Futrelle sisters are back - and more outrageous than ever! The sassy sisters and their crazy friends from Fayro, Texas, have returned to complete the hilarious trilogy. This time they meet mysterious salsa salesmen, try to locate a disappearing corpse and stage a Civil War reenactment to save the town of Fayro from extinction!

Southern Hospitality runs Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 p.m., with Sunday matinees at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors/students.

For reservations, call (615) 847-0934, or visit the company website at www.lakewoodtheatre.com.
