Tell Me Your Dreams is based on the book of the same name by bestselling author of Live Your Life, Amanda Kloots. Kloots is a Broadway actress, fitness instructor, and co-host of The Talk. Tell Me Your Dreams is inspired by her own bedtime rituals with her son, Elvis.
