Victor/Victoria at Arts Collective Theatre

Victor/Victoria is the North Florida premiere of the Broadway musical based on the Academy Award nominated film by Blake Edwards, featuring music by Henry Mancini with lyrics by Leslie Bricusse. The story follows Victoria Grant, a struggling soprano who finds unexpected success by masquerading as Count Victor Grazinski, a man performing as a female impersonator, set against the backdrop of 1930s Paris. The production features a cast and creative team from across Northeast Florida, bringing together seasoned performers alongside emerging artists. This inaugural production marks the opening of Arts Collective Theatre, Jacksonville's newest community theatre, founded by Lee Hamby.
