Actor's Playhouse Presents MADELINE’S CHRISTMAS 11/19-12/26

This holiday favorite begins with the classic storybook line, 'In an old house in Paris that was covered with vines lived twelve little girls in two straight lines.' From there, the day begins like any other day for the girls and their caretaker Miss Clavel, but soon ends in disaster when everyone except Madeline gets the flu.

Performances are scheduled for Thursday and Friday, November 19 and 20 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, November 22 at 2 and 7 p.m.

Flora the Red Menace will run from now until November 22 at The Rising Action Theatre in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Flora the Red Menace is a musical with a book by David Thompson, music by John Kander, and lyrics by Fred Ebb. The musical starred Liza Minnelli in the title role in her Broadway debut, for which she won a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. This was the first collaboration between Kander and Ebb, who later wrote Broadway and Hollywood hits such as Cabaret and Chicago.
