It’s like a Smothers Brothers Variety Special, but instead of by blood, they’re related by comedy.
Burbank, CA – Harkening back to the days of Laurel and Hardy, Abbot and Costello, and Rowan and Martin, Force of Nature presents Watson and Gabaldon (WAG); the comedy stylings of Robert J. Watson and Ron Gabaldon.
Conceived originally as a bit just for a wedding, Watson and Gabaldon has expanded into something more. As a comedy duo, they respect the foundation laid down by those who came before, and build upon it with their own crazy, and sometimes absurdist, antics. All while sticking to one golden rule: Nothing should be taken seriously, except for how silly one can be.
Join us this April as they take the stage for the first time as hosts of their very own Variety Show. Much like the Ed Sullivan Show of yesteryear, “WAG Presents” will showcase acts from all around Los Angeles that will include comedy, music, magic, and so much more. Not to mention, original songs and skits performed by the titular duo.
Just three performances:
Sunday, April 7, Sunday, April 14, and Sunday, April 21 @ 2 p.m. at the Brickhouse Theatre, 10950 Peach Grove Street, North Hollywood, CA 91601
Tickets are $24 and are available in advance at fonproductions.com or at the door on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shows will be staged in compliance with current Los Angeles County COVID and venue guidelines.
