The Menopause Monologues is a collaborative theater movement designed to illuminate the experiences surrounding menopause, created by Carrie Vanhouten and directed by Lisa Anne Morrison. Running from November 5 to 9, 2025, at the Atwater Village Theatre, the show features a collection of stories shared by women from the local community, ranging from spoken monologues to various forms of artistic expression. Produced by Lulu Braunstein, the performance concludes with a Q&A session hosted by a menopause expert, aiming to foster open conversations and diminish the stigma surrounding this stage of life.
