The Joy Who Lived festival returns to Los Angeles from March 31 to April 12, showcasing the talents of over 100 trans and nonbinary artists. The festival will kick off with the comedy variety show Gentleman’s Club on Transgender Day of Visibility. Among the featured performers are Vico Ortiz from Our Flag Means Death, stand-up comedian Fifi Dosch, and playwright Tilly Bridges, alongside a diverse lineup of theatrical works and live music. This year introduces exciting new elements, including Genderchella! and a Short Play Incubator Showcase curated by Maddox Pennington.
