Pasadena Chorale Presents Mozart: Mass in C-Minor at First United Methodist Church Pasadena

Accompanied by a 30-piece orchestra, the nationally award-winning Pasadena Chorale presents Mozart’s incomparable Mass in C-Minor. Mozart composed the piece shortly after his wedding to Constanze, for whom he wrote the soprano solos, hoping to convince his father to bless their new union. The work was premiered in Mozart’s hometown of Salzburg in 1783 to much acclaim and has been a choral favorite since. Following the performance, audience members are welcome to attend our first post-concert gathering of the 2026-2027 season at Pasadena’s AC Hotel, just one block from the venue. Engage in conversation and mingle with guests in the beautiful AC Lounge, along with Artistic Director Jeffrey Bernstein, our soloists, musicians, singers, and board members.
