Moyamoya Baby: A Trilogy of Strokes, Blood Flow, and F*ckboys is a solo comedy written and performed by Nilsa Reyna, directed by Daphnie Sicre, presented as part of Hollywood Fringe 2026. The show is the culmination of a trilogy of plays inspired by Reyna's personal experience managing moyamoya disease, a rare cerebrovascular disorder, tracing her journey from stroke to brain bypass surgery to reclaiming her life. Through short stories and playful scenes, Reyna steps into various characters to explore relationships, intimacy, and what it means to live with Moyamoya. The work has been developed through organizations including Primary Stages, The Road Theatre Company, and Latinx Playwrights Circle.
