Las Chorizeras is an all-female mariachi fusion ensemble blending traditional regional Mexican music with elements of country, Latin alternative, and jazz. The group was founded by singer/songwriter Nancy Sanchez, who was inspired by her hometown of Toluca's chorizo tradition. Audiences can expect traditional guitarrón, vihuela, and violin when they take the stage.
