Hide and Hide at Skylight Theatre Company

Hide and Hide, the World Premiere of Roger Q. Mason’s new play, explores the collision of dreams and reality in 1980 Los Angeles. Following the story of Constanza, a recent Filipina immigrant, and Billy, a white Texan rent boy fleeing a conversion camp, the narrative critiques the American Dream. Directed by Jessica Hanna, the cast includes Amielynn Abellera and Ben Larson, both bringing depth to this second part of the Califas Trilogy, which examines ambition and belonging in a changing California landscape. The production runs from May 9 to June 29 at Skylight Theatre Company.
