Chico's Angels 2: Love Boat Chicas is a comedic drag queen stage show featuring three Latina drag queens — Kay Sedia, Chita Parol, and Frieda Laye — who go undercover on a cruise ship to find a killer targeting superstar Charo. After one of Charo's backup dancers is shot mid-performance, the Angels are hired to unmask the would-be assassin and save her ocean-going career. The show is directed by Kurt Koehler and was co-created and co-written by Oscar Quintero and Kurt Koehler. Chico's Angels have been an underground cult hit in Los Angeles for over 20 years, performing a Latina drag queen take on the 1970s series Charlie's Angels.
