Beach, Please, written by Nabra Nelson, explores a young woman's quest for meaning amidst the relentless pace of life in Los Angeles by metaphorically embodying the beach. This play is part of Moving Arts' MADLab 2024, showcasing five new works developed by Los Angeles writers. The MADLab initiative supports playwrights by offering resources and opportunities for their creative processes, fostering the growth of new theatrical voices. The staged readings will take place between September 28 and October 6, 2024.
