Join us as we welcome Mr. Charles Dickens to our stage. Famous in his lifetime for solo performances of his writing, this utterly unique and vibrant production brings the author to the Indie Shakes Studio. There he enacts the story of Ebenezer Scrooge and the curious events that unfold around him one cold, London night. He’s joined by a young American actress, determined to teach Mr. Dickens a few lessons of her own. Based on Charles Dickens’ own performance edition and starring David Melville as Charles Dickens in a performance Edge Media calls “spectacular.” With Daisy Tichenor. “A refreshing departure from traditional adaptations” Los Angeles Times
