Pamela Morgan makes her Hamptons debut with her new show What's Cooking? Where Every Song Comes with a Story and a Little Spice.

After years in the culinary spotlight, Pamela brought her passion for storytelling and connection to the stage. Her cabaret shows, One Singular Sensation and Girl Talk, sold out every performance at the Laurie Beechman Theatre and were praised for their humor, warmth, and originality, further showcasing her unique ability to blend performance, storytelling, and lifestyle expertise.

The 2026 season of the annual concert series Hamptons Summer Songbook By the Sea opens with “An Evening With Norm Lewis” on June 28, followed by Ann Hampton Callaway in “Here’s to Life” on July 11, Klea Blackhurst and Billy Stritch in “Dreaming of a Song: The Music of Hoagy Carmichael” on July 18, and Eric Yves Garcia and Maria Abous in “Beyond Blue Moon (and Before the Broken Hart)” on July 25. The series continues with Barbara Fasano and Eric Comstock in “A Swell-egant, Elegant Party” on August 1, KT Sullivan, Mark Nadler, Christine Pedi, and Stephanie Pope in “Hey, Old Friend! A Cabaret Jubilee” on August 22, Pamela Morgan in “What’s Cooking?” on August 23, and closes with Donna McKechnie in “A Musical Memoir” on August 29. All shows start at 7:30 PM (doors open at 7:00 PM).

Produced by Donna Rubin and LTV's Creative Director Josh Gladstone, Hamptons Summer Songbook By the Sea offers audiences a rare opportunity to experience Broadway-caliber talent up close in the unique environment of LTV Studios. Is a celebrated cabaret performer, lifestyle expert, and former high-end caterer with more than 25 years of experience in entertaining, cooking, and storytelling. Known for her warmth, wit, and effortless style, Pamela has built a career at the intersection of hospitality, media, and performance. She is the founder of Flirting with Flavors, a lifestyle platform that showcases her decades of experience in the hospitality industry through delicious, engaging multimedia content. Through her blog, YouTube channel, and social media platforms, Pamela shares entertaining tips, recipes, travel adventures, and insights from a lifetime in the food and events industry. Having truly seen it all in the hospitality world—from intimate dinners to large-scale celebrations—she is known for her ability to solve any party dilemma, both inside and outside the kitchen. Before stepping into the spotlight as a performer, Pamela built a successful culinary and event career, producing events and private dinners for prestigious clients, including Vogue, Martha Stewart, Harry Winston, and Chanel, serving everyone from models and artists to CEOs. This chapter of her life inspired her first book, Pamela Morgan’s Flavors, written with Michael McLaughlin and published in 1998. She also hosted an annual “foodies potluck” gathering for her chef friends and culinary insiders, including Gene Pressman, Florence Fabricant, Michael Romano, Bobby Flay, Tom Colicchio, Katie Lee, and Geoffrey Zakarian. Pamela’s expertise has made her a sought-after media personality. She has appeared on national television programs, including The Today Show, Good Day New York, Lifetime, and The Real Housewives of New York, and has served as a guest judge on Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay. Her recipes and entertaining advice have been featured in leading publications such as Bon Appétit, Ladies’ Home Journal, Food & Wine, New York Magazine, Hamptons, Brides, Cottages & Gardens, and Hello Magazine. After years in the culinary spotlight, Pamela brought her passion for storytelling and connection to the stage. Yasuhiko Fukuoka
Musical Director / Pianist
Yasuhiko Fukuoka is a versatile pianist, composer, and music director known for virtuosic performances and emotionally driven, story-focused music. His work spans orchestral, electronic, film, theater, and cabaret, and has been performed across North America, Europe, and Asia. Fukuoka has appeared at major venues including Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall, Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Birdland, and the Berklee Performance Center. A New York Times review praised his “seamless blend of folk, classical, blues, and vaudeville styles.” His original scores include the short film Seagull, accepted at the Festival de Cannes Court Métrage, and Cloud-Kumo, which won the 2016 Student Academy Award. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he has participated in the BMI Film Scoring Workshop and the NYU/BMI Workshop for Music in Commercial Media. Fukuoka has received multiple honors, including the Berklee World Scholarship, BMI Scholarship, and Roland Award.
