Oh, Mary! is a Tony Award-winning dark comedy play written by Cole Escola about a miserable, suffocated Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln's assassination. The 80-minute one-act explores unrequited yearning, alcoholism, and suppressed desires through the lens of the forgotten life and dreams of Mrs. Lincoln. Declared "one of the best comedies in years" by The New York Times, the production received two Tony Awards including Best Direction of a Play for Sam Pinkleton, and was named a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
