Disney's Beauty and the Beast comes to The Smith Center for the Performing Arts as part of its first North American tour in over 25 years. The production features new sets and costumes, along with the Oscar-winning and Tony Award-nominated score by composer Alan Menken and lyricist Tim Rice, with a book by Linda Woolverton. Direction and choreography are by Matt West, with scenic design by Stanley A. Meyer, costume design by Ann Hould-Ward, and lighting design by Natasha Katz. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
