Director of Marketing & Communications - Trinity Repertory Company

Trinity Rep seeks a creative, analytical, innovative marketer for the role of Director of Marketing & Communications. This position supervises and leads all aspects of marketing and communications efforts for Trinity Rep, focusing on elevating Trinity Rep’s brand and expanding public awareness of mission, values, and programs; growing new audiences while deepening relationships with current audiences; and achieving and surpassing earned revenue and participation goals. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position works closely and collaboratively with the theater’s Artistic Director, senior management team, and Board of Trustees. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader and highly organized project manager with significant experience in the creation, execution, and management of compelling and successful marketing and communications campaigns. Minimum requirements include seven or more years of related experience and/or training in marketing and communications. Enthusiasm for the arts, and a commitment to inclusion and anti-racism is essential.

Salary: $75,000-$90,000/year depending on qualifications
