Broadway director and South Florida resident Neil Goldberg has created a distinctive summer camp intensive for the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Cirque Dreams KidsTime is a unique opportunity for participants to LEARN, LAUGH and EXPLORE their own imaginations in an educational and creative environment led by world-renowned Cirque Dreams performers, teachers and international circus arts experts. Participants between the ages of 10-18 will partake in immersive workshops, master classes and motivational activities that Cirque Dreams has developed and showcased for over 20 years. Cirque Dreams KidsTime summer camp intensive is designed to fulfill youthful appetites with creative activity while expanding their horizons in a healthy, exploratory and imaginative environment.

Cirque Dreams KidsTime is available to youngsters with all levels of skill and experience. Enrollment is limited to 50 campers. Registration fee is $250 per student. Register online at www.browardcenter.org . Registration deadline is June 1, 2014.

As an added bonus, Cirque Dreams will consider the most creative campers as potential performers to join the cast of Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy when it performs the week of July 22-27, 2014 at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.

The Cirque Dreams KidsTime summer camp intensive will include:

  • 2 days (16 hours) of general instruction in the circus arts fields of improvisation, physical comedy, acrobatics, body movement and more led by professional coaches, teachers and trainers.
  • Monday & Tuesday, July 14 & 15, 8AM - 5PM with a one-hour lunch break each day.
  • Master classes, participation and training with international artists and industry professionals including:
    • Cirque Dreams founder and Broadway Director, Neil Goldberg
    • Ringling Brothers Clown College Graduate, Ronald Hoffman
    • Moscow Circus and Acrobatic Coach, Youri Klepatsky
    • Broadway Choreographer and Professional Dancer, Heather Hoffman
  • Complimentary admission for participant to opening night performance of Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy, July 22.
