AGNES ALBANS, 29 year-old African-American female with butter-colored skin. First daughter of Beatrice. In love with a wealthy white man, Ramon Le Pip. MAUDE LYNN ALBANS, African-American female with white skin in her mid-twenties. Second daughter of Beatrice. Pious and righteous. ODETTE ALBANS, 20 year-old African-American female with brown skin.
