The K of D, An Urban Legend by Laura Schellhardt at Magnolia Theatre Company

Annie Pesch is excited to be working with Magnolia Theatre Company. She recently appeared in Mame and the world premiere of Michael Slade’s Family Shots at The Human Race. After living in New York and Chicago for the past eight years, she has enjoyed spending this year back home in Dayton. Annie really enjoys working with companies like Magnolia Theatre Company that celebrate women artists. She has had wonderful experiences with talented women playwrights including Suzanne Bradbeer, the late M.E.H. (Margaret) Lewis, and Jennifer Lynne Roberts. Annie’s focus has been on performing new works, and she has been fortunate enough to perform with a variety of theatre companies, including Ensemble Studio Theatre, Urban Stages, Wings Theatre, Phare Play Productions, La Muse Venale, and eyeBLINK Entertainment (NYC); American Blues Theater, Chicago Dramatists, and Broken Nose Theatre (Chicago); Interplay/Maltz Museum (Cleveland); the Letters Home Tour for Chicago’s Griffin Theatre (Massachusetts); Ovation Theatre Company (Cincinnati); and with Actors Theatre of Louisville and Cleveland Play House in the Midwest Premiere of The Kite Runner. The K of D is Annie’s third one person show; she previously appeared in The Belle of Amherst and Fully Committed.
