NS Dance Studio is a Birmingham, Alabama studio located on Cahaba Heights Road in Vestavia Hills, teaching students from pre-school age through high school. The studio describes its mission as welcoming students of all ages and levels, whether a dancer simply wants to explore a love of dance recreationally or wants the more focused experience of the competitive NS Company. Its 2026-2027 schedule is organized by age and grade level, running from 2/3-year-old ballet/tap combo classes and Itty Bitty Acro through kindergarten and elementary levelled classes to Level 2-5 technique and company classes, plus a boys-only Boyz Crew for ages 7 and up. Advanced students are placed by faculty recommendation into Mini, Petite and Junior Energy companies and levelled ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and production companies. The studio says it has been teaching dancers in the community for around 15 years.
