About this studio
This Arthur Murray franchise group runs nine dance centers across greater Boston and southern New Hampshire, including studios in Boston (20 Park Plaza), Cambridge, Burlington, Danvers, Dedham, Natick, Weymouth, Worcester and Manchester, NH. The studios teach ballroom and social dancing to adults using the Arthur Murray method, which the organization has used for more than 100 years, and say students from 18 to 80 learn with them. Programs are grouped into social dancing, wedding first-dance lessons and choreography, and competitive dance. The dances taught include foxtrot, waltz, Viennese waltz, quickstep, tango, rumba, cha cha, swing, hustle, salsa, bachata and merengue, and partners are not required. New students are offered a complimentary introductory private lesson, and the studios also run social events and parties for practice and sell gift certificates.
