All That Jazz Dance Studio

All That Jazz Dance Studio at 330 Watertown St in Newton, Massachusetts has taught children's dance for 29 years and is led by founder and director Deb Vogel. Classes run for ages 2 through high school across three programs: Grow With Us for ages 2-7, which introduces creative movement and basic dance concepts; Explore With Us for ages 7-11, offering a range of styles and technique; and Shine With Us for ages 11-18, where middle and high school dancers refine technique and performance. Styles include ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, musical theatre, lyrical, jazz fusion, jazzswing, commercial and creative movement. The studio emphasises community over competition, a 'Smile and Have Fun' motto, and welcoming beginners with no previous experience. It has 11 teachers and two studios, holds an annual recital, and draws families from Newton, Belmont, Brighton, Brookline, Needham, Waltham, Watertown and Wellesley.
