Family Concert Series:  Mister E - Children's Songwriter and Performer at Avalon Theatre

For over two decades, Mister E has been creating a friendly and fun, gentle and interactive space for kids to use their voices, bodies, and imagination while introducing them to new songs and instruments.

His concerts and programs encourage children to sing, dance, move, listen, count, recollect, and learn new languages. His catchy original compositions have become favorites in the classrooms, and are backed by popular songs from Laurie Berkner, Jim Gill, Raffi, Ella Jenkins, Billy Jonas as well as familiar children's music, traditional songs, and nursery rhymes.

These songs are performed on guitar, ukulele, banjo, and other rhythmic instruments, creating a musical backdrop, while adding harmonica and kazoo in between the verses, and guaranteeing smiles from everyone in attendance.
