Catacombs at Dorothy

Catacombs is a new play by Katherine Gwynn, directed by Whitney LaMora, set to premiere at Dorothy, Chicago’s LGBTQ+ bar, from September 12 to 27, 2025. The story follows Ari, a working-class queer bar manager who is unexpectedly reunited with their soulmate, Beau, during a chaotic shift at the bar, revealing a shared history spanning a thousand years. The production features Haven AJ Crawley as Ari and Wisterman as Beau. Audiences can expect a blend of humor and romance as the characters navigate their past lives while managing the challenges of the present.
