Jazz takes on a new dimension through the human voice, blending iconic vocal standards like My Funny Valentine with vibrant adaptations of instrumental masterpieces by Gillespie, Ellington, and Coltrane. Reimagined classics like Birdland and Satin Doll are joined by a premiere from HerVoice competition winner Devon Gates, honoring jazz’s artistry and timeless legacy.
Format: Full-length concert program (110 mins including an intermission) recommended for ages 8+, enjoyable for all generations of the family!
