Iceboy! is a new musical comedy set in 1938, in which Broadway star Vera Vimm, played by Megan Mullally, adopts a 40,000-year-old Neanderthal discovered frozen in the Arctic, only to find her spotlight stolen as Iceboy, played by Grey Henson, becomes a theatrical sensation and inspires playwright Eugene O'Neill, played by Nick Offerman. The production features music by Mark Hollmann, lyrics by Hollmann and Jay Reiss, and book by Erin Quinn Purcell and Jay Reiss, with direction by Marc Bruni and choreography by JoAnn Hunter. The cast also includes Tony Award nominees Sarah Stiles and Grey Henson, along with Cedric Yarbrough, Alex Goodrich, and an ensemble including Melanie Brezill, Will Koski, Linda Mugleston, Shawn Pfautsch, Andrea San Miguel, Donterrio, Will Lidke, Leah Morrow, and Jeff Parker. The production serves as the capstone of The Goodman's 100th Anniversary Season.
