South Pacific's Foldesi Plays CD Release Concert at Joe’s Pub November 10th
Julie Foldesi, currently appearing in Lincoln Center Theater's South Pacific, will play Joe's Pub on Monday, November 10, 2008 at 11:30pm as part of the Ghostlight series. A Raleigh native, Julie Foldesi now resides in New York City and makes her living as a singer-songwriter, occasionally taking a turn on various Broadway stages. She has just released her first full length album, THIS PART OF TOWN. It's eclectic bluegrass--country with a message. This is a follow up to her EP which was produced by composer Adam Guettel.
Deborah Blumenthal of The 8th Avenue Observer said about THIS PART OF TOWN,
