The second half of season three of THE MIND OF A CHEF will feature chef Magnus Nilsson in eight all-new episodes, to kick off tonight, November 1 on select PBS stations, and will subsequently premiere in nearly every PBS market this fall and winter (check local listings).Get a sneak peek at the new season below:
There is no one, absolutely no one, as 'out there' ? figuratively, and quite literally - as Magnus Nilsson,? said Narrator and Executive Producer Anthony Bourdain. ?He sets a new bar for commitment and for creativity. In a room full of the best chefs in the world, all eyes will be on him." As in season one and season two, which featured chefs David Chang, Sean Brock, and April Bloomfield, season three of THE MIND OF A CHEF continues to combine cooking, travel, history, humor, art, and Science into a cinematic-style journey, with each episode going deep into inspirations and the creative drive behind the greatest minds in the culinary world. For more information on THE MIND OF A CHEF go to http://mindofachef.tumblr.com
