TIP TOE, a five-episode thriller starring Alan Cumming and David Morrissey, is set to premiere on Starz, with new episodes to roll out weekly on Fridays. The series previously debuted on Channel 4 in the UK. The story follows Leo, played by Cumming, and Clive, played by Morrissey, neighbors in Manchester whose lives unravel into lies and violence after Leo hands Clive a spare key to his home.
